Tips for printing Due to the addition of carbon fiber, ABS carbon fiber filament can wear out and clog stock 0.4mm brass nozzles rapidly. A larger diameter (0.6mm or more), abrasion-resistant steel nozzle is highly recommended, and keep your nozzles clean between every several prints or so. For a better finish and layer adhesion, we would also suggest drying it before printing. |

▶When replacing filaments, be sure to hold the tip tightly and do not slip from your hands to prevent the filaments from knot and wrap the thread! ▶We recommend that you place it in a dry environment (relative humidity less than 20%) during normal storage or use. Please keep it sealed when not in use; please use the opened filaments as soon as possible. If the filament has become damp, it is recommended to dry it in an oven to eliminate the moisture absorbed into the filament before use. ▶ABS-CF (carbon fiber content: 12%) filaments have strong rigidity and should not be bent excessively. In the feeding pipeline, excessive bending of the filaments should be avoided as much as possible to cause the filaments to break. ▶For stronger Z-direction (inter-layer) bond strength, set a higher infill density and use an enclosed printer or set a smaller fan percentage to avoid excessive cooling. ▶ABS-CF contains carbon fiber. Long-term use may cause excessive wear of the nozzle and extruder gear.It is recommended to use wear-resistant nozzles such as hardened steel nozzles or ruby nozzles.If possible, you can choose hardened steel extruder gears. |
